Lee’s Lite Line Guide Service has nearly two decades of experience in fishing striper, ensuring you get the proper guidance on the best angling methods, along with bait, tackle, rods, and reels. On average, striper grow to 2 to 3 feet in length and weigh 8 to 15 pounds. Striper has white meat with a mild flavor and medium texture. It’s extremely versatile to cook, and it can be fried, grilled, pan seared, or roasted.
